About The Position

Captivation Software is seeking a software engineer to assist with daily responsibilities and develop software in support of the mission to protect the country. The company emphasizes timely delivery, engineering quality, and continuous innovation. The role is open to direct hires only; candidates from third-party staffing or recruiting firms will not be considered.

The position requires a currently held U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance with a favorable polygraph. Candidates must be U.S. citizens. The stated salary range is $130,000–$270,000, depending on years of experience.

Requirements

• Currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable polygraph.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• At least three years of experience as a software engineer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university; four additional years of software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may substitute for the degree.
• Experience or skills with Grafana, Bash, Python, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
• Direct hires only; candidates from third-party staffing or recruiting firms will not be considered.

Responsibilities
