About The Position

The Engineering & Technology organization is a highly dynamic and growing organization that plays a vital role in providing mission-critical intelligence solutions on a variety of world-class satellite, deep space exploration, missile, and classified special programs. The candidate will become a member of a creative, high-tempo, collaborative, cross-functional, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary THAAD interceptor flight software (FSW) team. This team performs the analysis, design, development, and test of the embedded flight software and the real-time, Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) missile testbed. Opportunities are available to participate in all elements/steps of the software development cycles.

Requirements

• Engineering BS degree and/or MS degree combined with related experience commensurate with the position.
• Experience in Object Oriented programming and C++
• Experience with a scripting language
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Current DoD Secret clearance
• Experience in software development and testing
• Proficient in Linux
• Experience with Perl, Python, XML, shell, etc.
• Familiar with HW/SW integration

Responsibilities

• Analysis, design, development, and test of embedded flight software.
• Real-time, Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) missile testbed development and testing.
• Participation in all elements/steps of the software development cycles.
