In this role, you’ll primarily help manage and enhance our Salesforce environment as part of a small, collaborative team. You’ll work extensively with Apex development while partnering closely with our Installation and Maintenance teams to support successful system rollouts. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to greenfield projects, including architecting and building Airflow (Python) ETL integrations for specialized backend systems. Experience with GIS is a strong plus. Requirements

Capable problem-solvers who can learn quickly, adapt, and get things done.
3+ years experience in Salesforce Development.
Strong ability to read, write, and maintain Apex code.
Uses coding agents effectively without treating their output as trusted.
Can describe when manual work is safer than delegation.
3+ years experience in Python.
Worked in a production codebase on customer-bearing infrastructure.
Practical experience moving and validating real-world data with Data / ETL Tools (Airflow / Great Expectations).
Able to reason through basic networking issues: DNS, routing, ports, firewalls, HTTP, and the OSI model.
2+ years experience with APIs (SOAP / REST).
Experience building and troubleshooting integrations.
3+ years experience with SQL / SOQL.
Solid understanding of JOINs, relational databases, and FOREIGN KEY usage.
2+ years experience with Kubernetes / Virtual Machines / Unix.
Comfortable working in technical infrastructure environments.
2+ years experience with Git + Jira.
Familiarity with standard development workflows.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience with GIS is a strong plus.
