2026 New Entry-Level-Engineering-SIWS Software Engineer
About The Position
This position is for a Software Engineer within the SIWS (Software, Information, and Weapon Systems) Engineering organization at The Boeing Company. It is an entry-level role for the 2026 program. The role is covered by the terms of the collective bargaining agreement in locations where SPEEA representation applies. The position requires U.S. export control compliance and the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, including an interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post-Start, and program access. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. This position is not contingent upon program award.
Requirements
- Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
- Must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
- Requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post-Start is required.
- Requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
