Our work matters, and so will you. You will join our Platform Team as a Software Engineer, playing a critical role in shaping the infrastructure that powers mission-critical services. Working at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence, you'll build robust, government-aligned services in an AWS environment. You'll be part of a diverse group of engineers tackling everything from large-scale Git repository management to the development of sophisticated agentic AI workflows. Your work will empower our customers by designing systems that allow them to achieve their goals with maximum reliability and security.

Requirements

  • 8 years of professional experience, OR a B.S. in a technical discipline plus 4 additional years of experience
  • Production-grade experience with Kubernetes and Rancher for infrastructure management
  • Solid knowledge of Python for application development and automation scripting
  • Moderate experience with Linux systems and development
  • Knowledge of Git best practices and comprehensive experience with CI/CD methodologies
  • Understanding of Cloud Systems Architecture design and principles
  • Active TS//SCI clearance with polygraph

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Elasticsearch for log management and analytics
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure design or relevant AWS certifications
  • Experience with automated certificate management systems
  • Kafka topic usage
  • Prometheus/Grafana metrics tracking and dashboard usage

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform within a government-aligned AWS stack
  • Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and automate testing across multiple environments
  • Utilize Kubernetes and Rancher to manage containerized workloads and orchestrate infrastructure components
  • Develop Python-based applications and tools to support agentic data processing and improve AI usage for other developers
  • Collaborate with partner teams to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions that adhere to strict security and compliance protocols
  • Execute automated agentic triage workflows, moving from initial issue discovery to logging and final code analysis delivery
  • Improving architecture, performance, and health metrics across all infrastructure components while ensuring seamless developer workflows.
