About The Position
CES is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join their team. This role is focused on building scalable CRM solutions for a healthcare-tech transformation program. It is a hands-on position that will involve customizations, integrations, and extending the Power Platform. CES has over 26 years of experience in delivering Software Product Development, Quality Engineering, and Digital Transformation Consulting Services to Global SMEs & Large Enterprises, with long-term relationships with Fortune 500 companies. The company is in a growth phase and is looking for committed individuals to support this expansion.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in implementing, configuring, and enhancing core functionality within the D365 Sales and Marketing modules
- Highly experienced with the associated Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Strong command of C#, .NET, and JavaScript for developing robust custom solutions (plugins, custom APIs, web resources) that extend D365 capabilities
- Proven ability to design, manage, and optimize data structures within Microsoft Dataverse to support complex Sales and Marketing processes
- Experience connecting D365 to various external systems using REST APIs
- Required experience in Agile development environments
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of bulk data migration/synchronization tools like KingswaySoft or comparable SSIS/integration solutions
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Azure DevOps for streamlined D365 deployments
Responsibilities
- Customize and extend D365 CE modules using Power Apps, JavaScript, and C#
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows and integration endpoints
- Work on Sprint-based deliveries with clear unit testing and version control
- Contribute to portal build-outs using Power Pages (with UX team)
- Collaborate with QA and BAs for feature validation and deployment
