About The Position

The purpose of the role is to design, develop, and improve software, utilizing various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. This involves the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives. It also involves collaborating with peers, participating in code reviews, and promoting a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing. Staying informed of industry technology trends and innovations, and actively contributing to the organization’s technology communities is expected. Adherence to secure coding practices and implementation of effective unit testing are crucial for ensuring secure and reliable software solutions.

Requirements

Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise
