Requirements

  • Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
  • Strong experience in delivering scoped features and managing full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Proficiency in debugging, code review, and continuous development methodologies.
  • Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with platform objectives.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development.
  • Demonstrated technical judgment and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and performance.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, mentorship, and engineering excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • OR 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage generative AI tools to improve velocity.
