About The Position

GeoLogics has multiple roles for cleared Software Engineers to work onsite at Hill AFB in UT. Our manager is open to a range of skill levels to work in this hardware-in-the-loop laboratory. The multi-disciplinary team is responsible for certification and integration testing of Operational Flight Program software supporting the F-22 platform using various data recording, analysis, and test execution software products locally developed and in need of modernization. Primary efforts for this role will include software development on Linux platform using C++ and Python. You'll participate in requirements definition and design reviews as well as meeting local coding standards on a small team. Additional responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, and integrating software you develop. Good oral and written communication skills required as is the ability to flex and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

  • An Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelors degree
  • 7+ years of experience with C++ programming on Linux platforms (RHEL)
  • 7+ years of experience with Python on Linux platforms (RHEL)
  • 2+ years of experience with GIT, MAKE, and VSCode
  • Hands on experience with Client/Server architecture and network administration
  • US Citizenship

Nice To Haves

  • .Net Framework, MS Windows and Visual Studio a plus
  • Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) experience desired
  • ADA and PERL desired
