About The Position

The Full Stack Senior Software Engineer will build new features and maintain the digital platform, requiring advanced programming skills, experience with end-to-end digital application development, system architecture & troubleshooting, excellent interpersonal skills, and a great team player attitude. This role reports to the AI Engineer and requires onsite presence 3 days a week at the Durham, NC headquarters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as full stack engineer
• NestJS(Node.js) backend, PostgreSQL
• React/Next.js +T ypeScript frontend
• Deep understanding of relational database systems
• Strong bias toward action and ownership
• Exceptional communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with or interest in AI-assisted development workflows
• Snowflake experience
• Auth0 experience

Responsibilities

• Implement scalable REST APIs and application UIs
• Identify bottlenecks and improve software efficiency
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs
• Contribute towards unit tests and test-automation
• Contribute to system architecture and infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Documentation for internal and external clients
