About The Position

Join a mission-driven team rebuilding the financial backbone for farmers and ranchers. You will own full-stack features across a TypeScript, React, and React Native stack, replacing legacy paperwork with modern accounting and banking tools. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape product direction while solving complex technical challenges at the intersection of climate, industry, and the economy.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping production-grade web applications using TypeScript and React, with a strong product-minded approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments and taking ownership of full-stack features from initial design through to deployment and maintenance.
• Passionate about building software for the real economy, ideally with experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or a high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of elegant, performant product experiences and server infrastructure using Next.js, React, and React Native.
• Join customer discovery calls to develop a deep intuition for the real-world financial challenges faced by agricultural producers and independent operators.
• Influence technical architecture and development velocity by experimenting with the latest AI dev tooling and improving CI/CD processes.
