Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
  • Working knowledge of Agile development and understanding of the SDLC process
  • Proficient in debugging applications and performance tuning
  • Experience and proficient with Linux

Nice To Haves

  • Practical experience working with cloud technologies
  • Network, server, and application-status monitoring
  • Experience in healthcare domain
  • Application Development/Coding/Scripting Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain features and components of WellSky solutions with an emphasis on code quality, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with solution managers, designers, and other teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-impact features that align with business goals.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
  • Optimize system performance and scalability through troubleshooting and ongoing improvements.
  • Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure that software code meets internal standards and follows industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a robust set of unit tests and participate in other styles of automated testing, including integration, load, and performance testing to validate quality of code written.
  • Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
