About The Position
The Staffs IT WorkTech Team seeks an individual ready to be on a full-stack software engineering team. You will be a part of a Lean, Agile, and eXtreme Programming (XP) team. We engage in paired programming, test-driven development, and continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) methods daily. You will collaborate closely and continuously with fellow engineers, product owners, and multiple stakeholders. This is a highly visible position within the IT Staff Team. We're currently building out applications for the Return-to-Work project(s) and an Employee Performance Management application with a Global Impact.
Requirements
- Full-stack software engineering experience.
- Experience with Lean, Agile, and eXtreme Programming (XP) methodologies.
- Proficiency in paired programming.
- Experience with test-driven development.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
