About The Position

We are hiring a Software Engineer in Scottsdale, AZ, to support the Titan Program, developing mission-critical enterprise software for U.S. Warfighter operations in secure AWS cloud environments. This role requires Java development, RESTful APIs, Maven, GitLab, Agile software development, CI/CD workflows, and an active TS/SCI clearance supporting cleared defense and DoD software programs.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
  • Active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance required at time of hire.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline.
  • 2+ years of software engineering experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 months of related experience.
  • Experience with Java software development.
  • Experience developing and supporting RESTful APIs and interface control.
  • Experience using Maven build tools.
  • Experience using GitLab source control and CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience supporting development within AWS cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software applications.
  • Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and services supporting mission-critical defense operations.
  • Support software development activities within AWS cloud-based environments.
  • Develop and maintain Java-based applications and RESTful APIs.
  • Utilize development tools and technologies, including: Maven build tools, GitLab, VSCode IDE, Agile software development processes.
  • Participate in software integration, debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and validation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver mission-focused software capabilities.
  • Contribute to software architecture, interface control, and technical solution development efforts.
  • Support continuous integration and software delivery pipelines.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and software development lifecycle activities.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship support when appropriate.
