Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
  • Performance evaluation and optimization, processor architecture, memory organization and management, networking technology and protocols, supporting concurrent computation
  • Design, implementation, and use of storage systems
  • Executing cloud computing tasks on a state-of-the-art cloud computing service, and implementing a change or feature in a state-of-the-art cloud computing framework
  • Concepts of design for complex systems, object-oriented programming, static and dynamic analysis for programs
  • Program, configure and debug computer networks and networked systems

Responsibilities

  • Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs for multinational computational software company.
  • Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
  • Utilize graduate-level research and analysis skills to design, develop, and debug software programs in the areas of Static Timing Analysis (STA) with a focus on statistical analysis in presence of signal integrity effects.
  • Understand and implement highly scalable and massively parallel multithread programming and memory organization, applying foundations of Computer Systems.
  • Design, develop, and debug software programs in the areas of Distributed STA, loop analysis, and parallel processing.
  • Apply digital electronics concepts to develop functional requirements of customers in the area of STA.
  • Apply algorithms and graph theory concepts to support new functionalities and improve the current solution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to handle the requirements and dependencies to STA engine.
  • Work with Product Engineering and Product Validation teams to understand customer requirements and get the feature set fully validated.
