Requirements

Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science concepts, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and database programming.
Hands-on experience developing web-based applications and managing service-to-service communication.
Demonstrated experience working effectively within an Agile software development framework and adhering to technical standards.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate across engineering and quality assurance teams.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of professional software development experience.
Direct experience building or configuring applications within the Appian platform.
Practical experience working with cloud-based technologies and architectures like AWS.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, test, and support innovative software features within the Appian platform to optimize dispatch planning for commercial logistics.
Spearhead development tasks within a collaborative Agile framework, delivering high-quality system functionality within established timelines.
Collaborate with software engineers, quality assurance teams, and technical stakeholders to analyze complex requirements and resolve technical issues.
Participate in structured development processes including code reviews, debugging, and deployment activities to ensure peak software performance and reliability.
