About The Position
Software Engineer – Experimentation & Conversion Optimization Build systems that track user behavior and run large-scale A/B / multivariate experiments to improve landing page conversion for high-volume traffic.
Requirements
- Strong JavaScript / TypeScript and modern web frameworks
- Experience with analytics instrumentation and event tracking
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- SQL + basic data analysis
- Familiarity with frontend performance and web experimentation
Responsibilities
- Implement event tracking and behavioral analytics (clicks, scroll, session replay)
- Build and maintain experimentation pipelines (A/B tests, variant routing)
- Integrate tools like PostHog or GrowthBook
- Create dashboards and data pipelines for experiment results
- Work with marketing teams to deploy landing page variants quickly
