Software Engineer
About The Position
The successful candidate will be part of the V&V Automation & Architecture team, working within the Test Strategy, Process, Toolchain and Reporting team. This team is responsible for defining, improving, and automating the processes, tools, integrations, and reporting capabilities that enable effective verification and validation across Ford’s software and vehicle programs. In this role, you will design and develop software solutions that automate manual workflows, improve test data quality, integrate key engineering tools, and provide meaningful visibility into testing status, traceability, compliance, KPIs, and program deliverables. You will help establish and maintain the connective tissue across tools such as JIRA, Jama, TestRail, BI/reporting platforms, and other internal systems.
