Requirements

  • 3–5 years of software development experience with strong C# and TypeScript/JavaScript skills
  • Experience with .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, SQL, and Entity Framework
  • Proficiency in modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
  • Experience with unit/integration testing frameworks and test coverage practices
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub)
  • Strong knowledge of backend development, APIs, and service-oriented architecture
  • Proven prompt engineering experience and strong written communication skills

  • Experience with AI-enabled development (e.g., Agentic AI tools, prompt orchestration, AI feature delivery)
  • Cloud and containerization experience (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) with a focus on secure, scalable design

Responsibilities

  • Translate product goals into LLM-driven, machine-executable instructions using structured prompting techniques
  • Implement LLM safety, observability, and policy compliance (e.g., logging, red-teaming, PII handling)
  • Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable, customer-facing applications and services
  • Write clean, well-documented, and extensible code aligned with engineering standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Quality Engineering
  • Contribute across the full software development lifecycle (refinement, coding, testing, deployment)
  • Participate in Agile practices and continuously improve development processes and quality
  • Manage task priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables to meet performance expectations
  • Ownership of multiple versions of data warehouse code for imports from various time and billing systems
  • Owning ways to scale existing code, and options to modernize platform
