About The Position

At Netsmart, our Carefabric platform is the engine that connects clinical and financial systems across the healthcare ecosystem. As a Software Engineer on the Carefabric team, you’ll work on backend services that act as the “glue” tying multiple products and teams together—designing APIs, building integrations, and solving meaningful problems at scale. This role is designed for new graduates and those who are excited about backend development, object-oriented programming, and learning through real-world impact. We invest heavily in early career engineers with clearly defined, structured onboarding, hands-on exposure through support cases, and ongoing mentorship from experienced software engineers. Opportunities to grow technical confidence, independence, and system-level thinking are provided. This role is ideal for someone who is a quick learner, adaptable, and eager to take ownership as they grow.
