Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on software development experience, including significant full stack software development leveraging responsive design.
• Deep understanding of modern web applications design architecture, good API design patterns, security, performance and scale.
• Strong technical leadership experience, exemplified by your high autonomy and ability to build bridges across teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills
• You go to work everyday striving to be the very best you can be. You're undaunted by ambiguity and are motivated to drive impact.

Nice To Haves

• Bonus points if you’ve shipped mobile experiences leveraging AI.
• Knowledge of data development tools, data infrastructure, or ML is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep across the stack to build delightful experiences end-to-end
• Leverage agentic AI to accelerate your work across the tech stack, including (but not limited to) Go, React and Java
• Collaborate across disciplines, including design, product management, finding that sweet spot that helps us build the right thing, the right way, at the right cost.
• Continuously grow by integrating feedback from your team and industry, while also influencing your team and helping them learn from your years of relevant experience.
• Strongly contribute to our product vision and drive team planning.
• Build fast products that scale to wild success.
