As a Software Engineer Sr within PNC's Automation Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO, or Birmingham, AL. Due to the nature of this position we are seeking passionate Software Engineers. Candidates should have experience with the following: - Conversational AI, NLP, and Automation Engineering Lead the design and development of NLP modules, conversational AI capabilities, and GenAI-powered automation using Python and Java to support CoreAI product initiatives. Drive experimentation and refinement of language models, ensuring high‑quality intent recognition, dialog flows, and scalable AI components. Job Description Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms. Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Writes code, tests and deploys software. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software. Maintains and debugs software.
