Mid-Level Software Engineer Sign-on Bonus Potential
About The Position
As a Software Engineer at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will be responsible to Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions. Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects. Facilitate alignment and clarity on goals, outcomes, and timelines. Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements. Work closely with the Chief Engineer to define feature specifications and build products. Conduct design and code reviews. Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Complete medium to large features (each with many tasks) independently without guidance. Identify and drive changes as needed for assigned codebase, product area, or systems.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 14+ years of experience
- Four years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
- An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Experience assisting with development & execution of test procedures for software components
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Git
- Java, C++, and/or Python
- Relational database, such as Postgres
