About The Position

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with Agile scrum teams in a Java-based technology environment. You will provide hands-on technical leadership during daily Agile ceremonies, help define and enforce technical standards, and proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks. In this role, you will collaborate with the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and development team to support estimation, planning, solution design, and application development. You will play a key role in designing, building, and enhancing both new and existing applications, with a strong focus on technical excellence and delivery. We are seeking a highly skilled, well-rounded technical professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who enjoys challenging work, demonstrates strategic thinking, exercises sound judgment, and consistently delivers on commitments. Responsibilities
