About The Position

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop high-quality web applications, enhance enterprise product features, and contribute across the full SDLC. Requirements

• Must have proficient experience in professional software development
• Hands-on experience developing web applications
• Strong proficiency with: HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, C#, .NET, Delphi, SQL Server
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. (Authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.)
• Must be able to pass a Federal background check
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
• Individuals working for DSS or any Subsidiary will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53.
• Individuals are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties.
• Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high-risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access.
• Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing web applications

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to identify and remove barriers to progress

• MCSD or equivalent advanced certifications in Web or Mobile Application Development

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, debug, and test web-enabled interfaces for DSS products.
• Enhance existing product features, build new modules, and contribute to new product development.
• Participate in project planning, product maintenance, system enhancements, and rapid issue resolution.
• Mentor junior developers by sharing technical expertise and best practices.
• Serve as the primary development point of contact for one or more projects.
• Adhere to established development and documentation standards.
• Provide timely technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, version notes, and user guides.
• Communicate effectively across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
• Travel occasionally (up to 25%) based on business and client needs.

• The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000.00 to $130,000.00 (annualized USD).
• The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DSS, Inc. total compensation package for employees.
