About The Position

The Role We’re hiring Product Engineers who excel at turning complex customer problems into elegant technical solutions. You’ll own substantial features from conception to production, working directly with customers to understand their needs, designing scalable architectures, and shipping code that measurably improves compliance operations. This role combines deep technical work with high customer impact. You’ll build systems that process thousands of cases, save compliance teams significant time, and directly contribute to company revenue.

Requirements

  • 4+ years (Engineer) / 6+ years (Sr. Engineer) / 8+ years (Staff Engineer) of experience building production software.
  • Strong full-stack capabilities, including backend services, APIs, databases, and (nice-to-have) frontend development.
  • A track record of shipping customer-facing products where reliability is critical.
  • An end-to-end ownership mindset, from requirements gathering through deployment and iteration.
  • Clear communication skills—you can explain technical decisions to diverse audiences.
  • Product thinking—you understand why you’re building something, not just how .

Nice To Haves

  • Building workflow engines, orchestration systems, or process automation tools.
  • Working in regulated industries where compliance, auditability, and data integrity are critical.
  • Integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production applications.
  • Creating configuration systems, admin tools, or workflow builders for non-technical users.
  • Designing systems for multi-tenancy, versioning, or complex authorization models.
  • A strong foundation in data modeling and distributed systems.
  • Prior experience with TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React, cloud infrastructure, and workflow orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop intuitive interfaces for case management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Build document analysis and verification systems.
  • Build agentic workflows that coordinate AI tools and data services to perform research, enrichment, and verification, while keeping humans in the loop for review.
  • Create tools that help customers configure and customize their compliance workflows.
