This team owns the AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and security posture that every AI capability in the organization runs on. You'll be working at the base layer: the systems that everything else depends on. In this role, you'll deploy and maintain reliable, secure cloud infrastructure while supporting a broad ecosystem of AI-enabled applications. Mission needs shift fast and new technologies emerge constantly, so you'll be continuously sharpening your skills and turning loosely defined problems into working solutions. Requirements

• An active TS//SCI clearance with polygraph is required for this role
• 3 years of relevant experience, with a B.S. in a technical discipline — or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Proficiency with Python or another modern programming language
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud service providers
• Understanding of containerization concepts and tooling such as Docker
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt as requirements evolve
• Strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to ask questions

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AWS services such as EKS, Terraform, and IAM
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm or Kustomize
• Experience with Argo CD and/or other CI/CD frameworks
• Experience with the Elastic Stack (Kibana), Grafana/Prometheus, or other observability tools and practices
• Experience with certificate management
• Experience supporting cloud-native architecture or maintaining production software and infrastructure
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI hosting concepts

Responsibilities

• Deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes that supports the organization's AI capabilities
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code for repeatable, reliable deployments
• Configuring and using observability tooling to monitor the health and performance of production services
• Supporting certificate management and following established security best practices for AI systems and data
• Collaborating with other teams across the organization to provision and configure the infrastructure their services depend on
• Diagnosing and helping resolve production infrastructure issues as they arise
