About The Position

We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who enjoys building things from scratch, taking ownership, and moving fast. The role focuses on internal tools, services, and workflows that power the company’s operations, products, and AI-driven infrastructure. The engineer will build and scale applications with React, Node.js, and TypeScript; own features and systems from architecture through production; and improve platform reliability, performance, and developer experience. The position involves working closely with product, operations, and design, making practical technical decisions, and troubleshooting production issues. The role is remote and full-time.

Requirements

At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on full-stack experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Experience as an early member of an engineering team, helping a startup grow and scale over time.
A track record of building and scaling products in high-growth startup environments.
Regular use of AI coding tools, such as Cursor or Claude Code, as part of a daily workflow.
Experience taking products from idea to production and adapting systems as the business grows.
Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms such as AWS, and modern backend architectures.
Comfort working with ambiguity, making decisions independently, and taking ownership.
A hands-on problem-solving mindset and bias toward shipping.

Nice To Haves

Experience with NestJS, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, or DevOps.
Experience building internal tools, developer platforms, or workflow automation.
Exposure to AI-powered or data-heavy products.
Experience improving architecture and engineering processes as a startup scales.
Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and system reliability.

Responsibilities

Build and scale full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
Own features and systems end-to-end, from architecture to production.
Develop reliable backend services, APIs, and performant frontend interfaces.
Design and optimize databases, data models, and queries.
Work with product, operations, and design to turn ideas into working solutions.
Improve platform reliability, performance, and developer experience.
Make technical decisions that balance speed, quality, and scalability.
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve existing systems.
