About The Position

Requirements
- Built test automation or lab software for hardware programs.
- Turned manual engineering workflows into pipelines.
- Handle hardware-shaped data: telemetry, logs, and measurements at volume.
- Write production-quality Python or Go and move fast with AI tooling.
- Sit with the engineers who use your tools and iterate.

Responsibilities
- Build the software behind new product introduction: test orchestration, data capture, and analysis for new hardware.
- Ship the lab's tooling: benchmark automation, config management, and results databases the team runs on.
- Own the data: every qualification run captured, comparable, and queryable across platforms and time.
- Automate the path from lab to fleet: golden configs and validation suites packaged for deployment.
