Software Engineer - New Grad
About The Position
SeatGeek is seeking Spring/Summer 2026 college graduates to join their world-class engineering team. The company aims to simplify and modernize the ticketing industry, creating an entertainment ecosystem for fans and providing sports teams, venues, and shows with better audience access. This role offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies in backend (Python, Go, C#), frontend web (Typescript + React), mobile (Kotlin, Swift), and platform (AWS, Docker, Python, Go). While experience is preferred, it's not required, as the company is committed to supporting and mentoring new graduates in software development.
Requirements
- College student graduating in Spring/Summer 2026, ideally in computer science or a related degree
- Experience in building software (examples of what has been built and how are of interest)
- Problem solving abilities, adept at handling technical challenges
- Passion for software craftsmanship and product
- Commitment to teammates, enjoying work with diverse groups and taking pride in mentoring and learning from others
Responsibilities
- Solve unique and challenging customer problems
- Work with leading-edge tech in the cloud or on web and mobile
- Help scale software as the business grows
- Take on the challenges of building software for a many-sided marketplace
