About The Position

Peraton Labs is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Developer for a position based in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This position will require the candidate to conduct M&S development, runs and analysis in multi-agent M&S environments. The role involves developing software in various languages and platforms, communicating technical information via presentations, papers, and meetings, and processing large amounts of data into readable results for stakeholders. The developer will translate EW algorithms from theory into an M&S framework for test and evaluation, utilize principles of EW as considerations for algorithm development and optimization, and debug algorithms and source code in a complex M&S environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
Degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
US Citizenship
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Experience with AFSIM or similar tools: modifying source code, creating plug-ins and set-up scenarios
Experience using Python and/or MATLAB languages and interfacing these languages in an M&S environment
