In this role, you will work across product, marketing, analytics, and operations to design and build software systems that help customers discover Zipline, onboard successfully, place their first order, and become repeat users. Some of the work involves building growth infrastructure into our codebases attribution systems, experimentation tooling, referral systems, promotional campaigns, and lifecycle experiences. Other work involves partnering with marketing and operations teams on building the tools that enable real-world customer acquisition initiatives tied to launch events, local activations, and delivery demos. This is a highly cross-functional and fast-moving role.
