About The Position

AEITS, Inc., a GTSC company, is growing its team and seeking a Software Engineer, Level 1. This is an on-site position located in Annapolis Junction, MD, and is not a hybrid or remote role. The mission involves prototyping solutions within the AWS cloud, utilizing Java and Python for AWS services. An active Top Secret SCI clearance with an appropriate polygraph is required.

Requirements

• Five (5) years' experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Active Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of the MOAT system in Java/Python using AWS services
• Implementation of automated tests at functional and systems levels
• Partnership with System engineers to execute the agile process
• Prototyping of solution space in the AWS cloud
