As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Data and Automation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Strongsville, OH; - Lead and develop MLOps engineering capabilities to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade ML platforms. - Drive cross-functional alignment to accelerate the operationalization of machine learning solutions. - Champion standards for automation, CI/CD, and observability to ensure reliability and efficiency at scale. - Provide technical and strategic leadership in MLOps architecture and platform evolution. - Advance continuous improvement of ML lifecycle processes to enable faster, more reliable business outcomes. Requirements

Proven experience leading MLOps or DevOps teams in a production environment.
Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Expertise in ML model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Bachelors degree.
3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.

Responsibilities
