As a Java Dev lead, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficiency of production systems and Market Risk applications. The candidate will work closely with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, deploy fixes, develop new Java/springboot frameworks, design Data Models and implement enhancements to the production environment.

Requirements

• 12+ Years of experience in full Stack development.
• Technology agnostic.
• 3+ years of tech lead experience with Flowable, Java, microservices, Agentic AI, Python, Relational DBs, NOSQL etc.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using Java Spring boot framework.
• 12+ years of experience in Java with 3-4 years as lead.
• Spring Boot Batch Processing.
• Proficiency in writing and debugging complex Linux scripts.
• Understanding of complex SQL and Oracle queries, Agentic AI, Python, Relational DBs, NOSQL etc.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Some business knowledge of Market Risk concepts, including PFE, CVA, and VaR.
• Some front-end framework like Angular to create a dashboard for the reports and provide role based access to LOB.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Some business knowledge of Market Risk concepts, including PFE, CVA, and VaR.
• Some front-end framework like Angular to create a dashboard for the reports and provide role based access to LOB.

Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Develop code and integration services using Java and micro services.
• Create reusable components and services to streamline integration processes.
• Some front-end framework like Angular to create a dashboard for the reports and provide role based access to LOB.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Integration & Connectivity: Integrate various systems including databases, web services (SOAP/REST), MQ, and file-based systems.
• Proficiency in writing and debugging complex Linux scripts.
• Understanding of complex SQL and Oracle queries, Agentic AI, Python, Relational DBs, NOSQL etc.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform unit and integration testing to ensure quality and performance.
• Debug and resolve issues in message flows and integration logic.
• Deployment & Support: Package and deploy integration solutions across environments.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams.
• Document technical designs, flow diagrams, and operational procedures.
