About The Position

Senior Software Engineer with 5–7 years of experience building scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate is hands-on, delivery-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment. Experience with airline domain systems such as Sabre, PSS, or FOS is highly preferred. The candidate should demonstrate good problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and the ability to support production-critical applications with high operational standards. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, API development, cloud deployments, observability, and modern engineering practices is expected. The team operates in a collaborative Agile Scrum model with a good focus on operational excellence, engineering quality, and continuous delivery. Team members work closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact capabilities for Crew Technology.
