Requirements
- 2 plus years of full stack experience using Java and JavaScript in a Spring Boot framework
- Experience with cloud platforms and IaC (AWS and terraform)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (GitLab)
- Work experience in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to learn and adopt new technologies and languages
- Critical thinking skills to challenge current thinking and apply right technology to solve problems.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge or experience with AI is beneficial

- Play a vital role in shaping the future of our digital communication technologies.
- Enable a seamless and effective enterprise digital communication customer experience through technology development.
- Learn new technologies, support Customer Profile & Preference, Communication Optimization Platform, and Customer Initiated Contact Request applications.
- Assist with application's architecture for resilience and performance improvements on AWS public cloud.
- Produce the highest quality software possible by collaborating on design, knowledge sharing, and participating in code reviews.

- Potential starting salary range: $97,000 - $123,000
- Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary
