About The Position

Mirage is an AI video company building tools that make video creation easier. Its products include Captions, a creative workspace for generating, editing, and designing video, and Tesseract, which provides AI agents with video-editing capabilities. The company also develops generative video models and offers APIs for developers. The iOS team owns end-to-end product experiences for creative workflows, building creative tools that combine user interfaces, graphics rendering, and audio/video processing. Team members work collaboratively and have a high degree of ownership and agency. Most roles require working in person at the company's New York City headquarters in Union Square.

Requirements

At least 2 years of professional industry experience.
A track record of shipping high-impact native mobile products in production.
Excellent engineering judgment, practicality, and time-management skills.
Experience with some of the following: SwiftUI, Combine, RxSwift, ReactiveSwift, AVFoundation, Core Animation, and Realm.
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.

Nice To Haves

Experience with OpenGL or Metal.
A grounded, collaborative approach and willingness to do what is needed to help the team succeed.
Experience as a startup founder or early engineer at a startup.
