About The Position

Speechify is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to support its growing user base and work on new projects. This role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences. Speechify is a flat organization where individuals can become leaders through technical skill and consistent delivery. A strong work ethic, solid communication skills, and an obsession with winning are paramount. The interview process involves several technical interviews and aims to be completed within one week.

Requirements

• Experience working on products that scaled to a large user base
• Track record of working on various products from inception to decent traction, with responsibility for engineering the product
• Customer obsession: constantly obsessed about providing the best possible experience
• Product thinking: make thoughtful decisions about product evolution and support internal teams and designers
• Speed: work quickly to generate ideas and know what can ship now versus what needs time
• Focus: ability to engage or be heads down in a busy, remote team
• Swift Programming Language
• SwiftUI experience
• Experience in Multithreading Programming
• Working with CI/CD infrastructure
• Experience with Fastlane
• SOLID principles, the ability to write every single class according to SOLID
• Experience with Git and understanding of different Git strategies

Responsibilities
