About The Position

Speechify is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to support its growing user base and work on new projects. This role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences. Speechify is a flat organization where individuals can become leaders through technical skill and consistent delivery. A strong work ethic, solid communication skills, and an obsession with winning are paramount. The interview process includes several technical interviews and aims to be completed within one week.

Requirements

Experience working on products that scaled to a large user base
Track record of working on various products from inception to decent traction, including responsibility for engineering the product
Customer obsession: constantly obsessed about providing the best possible experience for customers
Product thinking: make thoughtful decisions about product evolution and support internal teams and designers
Speed: work quickly to generate ideas and know when to ship now versus when things need time
Focus: ability to engage or be heads down in a busy, remote team environment
Swift Programming Language
SwiftUI experience
Experience in Multithreading Programming
Working with CI/CD infrastructure
Experience with Fastlane
SOLID principles, the ability to write every single class according to SOLID
Experience with Git and understanding of different Git strategies
