About The Position

Speechify is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to support its growing user base and work on new projects. This role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences. Speechify is a flat organization where individuals can become leaders by demonstrating excellent technical skills and delivering results consistently and quickly. Strong work ethic, solid communication skills, and an obsession with winning are paramount. The interview process involves several technical interviews and aims to be completed within one week.

Requirements

• Experience working on products that scaled to a large user base
• Track record of working on various products from inception to decent traction, with responsibility for engineering the product
• Customer obsession: constantly obsessed about providing the best possible experience for customers
• Product thinking: making thoughtful decisions about product evolution and supporting internal teams and designers
• Speed: working quickly to generate ideas and knowing what can ship now versus what needs more time
• Focus: knowing how and when to engage or be heads down in a high-growth startup environment
• Swift Programming Language
• SwiftUI experience
• Experience in Multithreading Programming
• Working with CI/CD infrastructure
• Experience with Fastlane
• SOLID principles, the ability to write every single class according to SOLID
• Experience with Git and understanding of different Git strategies

Responsibilities
