About The Position

This role is crucial for supporting the expanding user base and developing new projects to advance the company's mission. The ideal candidate will be strategic, thrive in fast-paced environments, be passionate about product decisions, and have a proven ability to build exceptional user experiences. Requirements

• Experience working on products that scaled to a large user base
• Track record of working on various products from inception to decent traction, with responsibility for engineering the product
• Customer obsession: constantly obsessed about providing the best possible experience for customers
• Product thinking: make thoughtful decisions about product evolution and support internal teams and designers
• Speed: work quickly to generate ideas and decide what can ship now versus what needs more time
• Focus: ability to know how and when to engage or be heads down in a high-growth startup environment
• Swift Programming Language
• SwiftUI experience
• Experience in Multithreading Programming
• Working with CI/CD infrastructure
• Experience with Fastlane
• SOLID principles, the ability to write every single class according to SOLID
• Experience with Git and understanding of different Git strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead key engineering and product decisions
• Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app
• Work within a dedicated product team
• Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap
• Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture
