About The Position

Speechify is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to support its growing iOS app user base and contribute to new projects. This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences. Speechify is a flat organization that values strong work ethic, solid communication skills, and a drive to win. The interview process is designed to be completed within one week and involves several technical interviews.

Requirements

Experience working on products that scaled to a large user base
Track record of working on various products from inception to decent traction, with responsibility for engineering the product
Customer obsession and commitment to providing the best possible experience
Product thinking and ability to make thoughtful decisions about product evolution
Ability to work quickly, generate ideas, and decide what can ship now versus what needs more time
Focus and ability to know when to engage and when to be heads down in a high-growth startup environment
Swift Programming Language
SwiftUI experience
Experience in Multithreading Programming
Working with CI/CD infrastructure
Experience with Fastlane
Understanding of SOLID principles and ability to write classes according to SOLID
Experience with Git and understanding of different Git strategies
