About The Position

Engineering interns at Sequence work on the same problems as the full-time team — there are no intern projects here. You'll deploy into our operating companies to rebuild real workflows with AI, and build the platform infrastructure that makes every future transformation faster. You'll ship production systems that real operators depend on daily, and contribute to Atlas — the agent infrastructure, data systems, and developer tools that make the refounding motion repeatable across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Exceptional builder with the ability to turn ambitious ideas into simple, reliable products.
• Demonstrated track record of impressive academic, professional, or entrepreneurial accomplishments.
• Raw horsepower and tenacity; willingness to run through walls to deliver results.
• Proven ability to build from zero to one.
• Strong communicator, able to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience and translate operator frustrations into system designs.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to figure out what to build first when nothing is well-defined.
• Genuine interest in how real businesses operate, including the people and problems involved.
