About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer III to support the design, development, and enhancement of advanced systems and tools in a government-focused environment. Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance is required for this position. Candidates may start with an active Public Trust clearance or higher, provided they are eligible to obtain a TS/SCI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree and 4 years of relevant experience; OR 8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in collaborative technical environments

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and participate in the design, specification, and development of systems and tools for new and existing programs
  • Support enhancements, modifications, and corrections to complex systems and applications
  • Exercise independent judgment and creativity to solve highly complex technical problems
  • Perform in-depth studies and analyses, including identifying key parameters, evaluating factors, and validating results
  • Maintain broad knowledge of engineering principles, programming languages, techniques, and established best practices
  • Collaborate closely with government customers and stakeholders
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, papers, briefings, and related documentation
  • Provide training and technical guidance for other employees
  • Serve as a technical lead and direct the work of team members as needed
