About The Position

Software Engineers play a key role in the design, development/configuration, unit testing, installation, and ongoing maintenance of Zinnia’s software platforms. Zinnia Software Engineers work with stakeholders to develop solutions and/or products that fulfill the needs of Zinnia internal stakeholders and clients. Those solutions and/or products help Zinnia and Zinnia clients to be more efficient and provide better service to end customers. Software Engineers interact directly with project leaders, business stakeholders. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Work as part of a global, cross-functional team to develop innovative software for Zinnia stakeholders. Contribute to projects by creating well-designed, customized, testable, efficient code for company platforms. Assist our teams in providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, improvements, or custom enhancements to existing company platforms. Collaborate with our global teams and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Undergraduate degree in technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to develop software in C++, C#, DotNet Core, etc.
• Experience developing with Web technology – Angular 13 +, React, Typescript, HTML, Javascript
• Extensive Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, etc).
• Experience developing and deploying in a cloud-native environment
• Working knowledge of common DevOps tasks (Environment provisioning, CI/CD Pipelines, and application monitoring).
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work as part of a cross-functional, global team.
