About The Position

CTG is seeking a Software Engineer III for our client. This role involves leading complex software development, systems analysis, application design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation. The engineer will develop and enhance enterprise applications using C#, Azure, and Angular, serving as a technical lead on projects and providing direction to development teams. Responsibilities include analyzing application architecture, system integrations, and interfaces, creating technical specifications and documentation, and coordinating with various cross-functional teams. The role also involves software testing, debugging, defect resolution, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support, as well as evaluating technologies and recommending improvements. Ensuring adherence to software development standards, procedures, risk controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards is crucial. Additionally, the position requires mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership. The scope includes independently managing high-level systems analysis and application development, leading technical workstreams, coordinating resources, and driving project milestones. This involves partnering with senior management, business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors, and supporting application architecture, system enhancements, technical evaluations, and strategic technology initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associate degree with 6+ years of systems analysis/application development experience, or 8 years of combined education/work experience with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure, C#, and Angular.
  • Experience with enterprise application development, systems integration, software development, testing, debugging, and production support.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Experience coordinating application development with business units and driving project milestones and delivery.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring, and project coordination experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex software development, systems analysis, application design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation.
