About The Position
CTG is seeking an experienced Software Engineer III to lead the design, development, and support of complex enterprise applications. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to drive large-scale initiatives from analysis through implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive application development experience and strong knowledge of Salesforce Apex, VS Code, and GitLab in enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of systems analysis and/or application development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Salesforce Apex, VS Code, GitLab
- Experience leading or supporting complex enterprise application projects.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and project deadlines.
- Experience coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

- Experience working within enterprise banking or financial services environments.
- Advanced understanding of integrated enterprise applications and frameworks.

Responsibilities
- Lead complex systems analysis, application design, development, testing, and implementation activities.
- Serve as a senior technical contributor and mentor on enterprise-level software projects.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing application solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate technical development tasks and support junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical specifications, system documentation, and project estimates.
- Perform debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with development standards, risk controls, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
