Role Summary Our Robotics organization is looking for a software engineer that will design, develop, and maintain the application systems, integrations, and orchestration that enable robots to operate reliably in production environments. This includes coordinating robot behaviors, managing system state, and integrating with enterprise systems. Requirements

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience in production‑level coding in C++, Python, or Rust
Demonstrated experience or knowledge of distributed systems, backend services, API design, CI/CD, AWS, Kubernetes
Demonstrated experience designing scalable systems and leading complex technical projects.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
A proven track record of using analysis to influence high-stakes operational and engineering changes.

Responsibilities

Push and maintain code in production for robot coordination, system state management, and operational workflows
Build and maintain integrations with robot platforms, APIs, services, and data systems
Develop fault‑tolerant, fail‑safe robotic software and scalable systems
Triage and root-cause field issues reported from the Warehouse, driving necessary fleet SW, integration, and Robot SW changes based on analysis and findings.
Work closely with robotics engineers, ML engineers, multi‑robot coordination teams, and product teams
Lead or contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and technical planning
Guide and support operations in the warehouse to achieve and sustain throughput goals.
