About The Position

We are seeking a Software/Solution Engineer to support the Human Agentic Review Platform onboarding pod with integrating new products into Client's Scaled Review Tooling (SRT) systems. This role focuses on onboarding work — handling the growing volume of new product ↔ SRT integration requests — so the core engineering team can stay focused on platform development. It is a cross-functional role requiring close coordination with engineering and XFN (cross-functional) partners.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in software or solution engineering, with a focus on integrations / systems work.
• Proven experience building software integrations between different systems.
• Backend/software engineering skills — writing and configuring production-quality code.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both engineering and non-engineering partners.
• Ability to learn new internal tools and platforms quickly and adapt as systems change.
• System integration experience (integrating new/acquired systems into existing platforms)
• Programming in Hack, Python, and Java
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience at large tech companies (e.g., Google, Microsoft)
• Experience working within small engineering pods on tight timelines

Responsibilities

• Handle the growing volume of new product ↔ SRT integration requests escalated from MSL and other orgs.
• Build and configure end-to-end review pipelines (e.g., intake → cases/enforcement flows) for common, well-defined use cases.
• Adapt and maintain integrations as the underlying review systems evolve.
• Coordinate closely with engineering and cross-functional (XFN) partners throughout the onboarding process.
